1. Being responsible for cooperating with investment manager to carry out pre-stage negotiation and cooperation negotiation, as well as collect relevant data for project;
2. Carrying out industrial survey and analysis, assisting in finishing due diligence of investment project;
3. Being responsible for market opportunity analysis, project survey, feasibility analysis, organizing investment commercial negotiation, commercial scheme preparation, as well as investment and risk management analysis for investment project;
4. Participating in designing investment scheme, effectively mastering each step of project review and approval, assisting headquarter in carrying out effective follow-up and final-period management of project;
5. Participating in follow-up management of project, regularly cooperating with business follow-up and monitoring on invested project;
6. Being responsible for training other colleagues of the company in different departments, and making explanations according.
Qualification:
1. University degree or above, major in investment, economy, finance etc, related experience in credit investigation project or real estate project is preferred;
2. Five years’ or above experience in finance or investment management (being familiar with industrial investment, equity investment etc), as well as in investment project operation, at least having 2 years’ working experience in independent project expansion and excellent project management ability;
3. Having solid foundation in financial theory and abundant professional knowledge in finance, having excellent financial analysis and risk control abilities, being familiar with theoretical knowledge as well as laws and regulations on trust and fund sectors;
4. Having good professional integrity, working carefully with strong sense of responsibility, as a good teamwork player, enjoying excellent abilities of communication, coordination and emergency treatment.
